Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing: The vendor shall provide with Work station and Privacy Door according to HIPPA regulations, which includes the privacy door. The vendor shall provide Brand name or Equal products to Waldners Business Environments: 1. Wall Description: The vendor came and measured the area to build the privacy area . The wall will be built according to JJP VAMC safety and HIPPA regulations. The workstation also includes privacy wall and privacy door. 2. The wall consists wood frames and metallic brackets and wood workstations and cabinets. 3. The wall consists different size frames, bolts and work station. 4. The partitions are different sizes. The sizes are listed in the quote. 5. The vendor is responsible for the damages in the delivery. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification//socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 334516. Note: Set-Aside requirements, Services (except construction). At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Supplies (other than procurement from a non-manufacturer of such supplies). The concern shall perform work for at least 50 percent of the cost of manufacturing the supplies, not including the cost of materials. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
