This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, Directorate of Contracting (DOC), has a requirement for Furniture Bldg 205, Fort Myer, Va. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to F.M Office Express, Woodbury Blvd, Rochester, NY, 14604. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is 7110 and the NAICS Code is 337214. The solicitation will not be posted.
