Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for office furniture and office furniture services for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory (USACIL). The Government intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) via a GSA schedule for this requirement to the suggested contractor, Herman Miller Incorporated . THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, past performance information, price, and preventative maintenance. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. This information will be reviewed by the Government for consideration for future requirements. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. MICC-Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
