This Request for Information seeks to identify Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors capable of performing site assessments, configuration, CAD renderings, delivery, and installation of furniture from Herman Miller or equivalent manufacturers within North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Iowa. The government emphasizes that this is strictly an information-gathering effort to support market research, not a solicitation for proposals or an offer request, and no contracts or payments will be awarded based on responses. The gathered information will assist in assessing set-aside opportunities, potential solicitation strategies, and whether establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements or other procurement vehicles is advantageous. Interested firms must provide detailed company information including socio-economic status, relevant NAICS codes, capability statements, and certifications such as VetBiz certification when applicable. Responses should include contact details and any applicable GSA or FSS contracts to facilitate the government’s understanding of the vendors’ abilities to meet recurring furniture supply and installation requirements under NAICS code 337211. Questions can be submitted in writing, but answers will not be publicly posted. The Contract Specialist for this RFI is William Jefferson, and responses are to be sent directly to him via email.
