The project 720189_45200001_PGE_UGS involves the maintenance and rework of the Whiskey Slough 5-W gas storage well located in the McDonald Island Gas Oil Field in San Joaquin, California. Managed by the California Department of Conservation's Geologic Energy Management Division, the project aims to remediate an integrity issue and ensure compliance with CalGEM inspection and construction requirements. The scope of work includes retrieving existing components, conducting integrity surveys, and installing new equipment, specifically a production liner and tubing string. These activities will be executed using a workover rig, mud pumps, blowout prevention equipment, and tanks.
