The service requirement is to provide full repair and restoration of a John Deere 544H Loader that supports refuse and recycling yard operations for the 733d Civil Engineer Squadron at Fort Eustis. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and OEM or OEM‑equivalent parts needed to return the loader to safe, fully functional condition. Required work includes replacement of major assemblies, hydraulic components, bushings, pins, seals, and associated hardware, as well as line boring, cylinder resealing, and structural component replacement, along with removal and installation of the bucket and boom frame, line boring of top frame holes, replacement of Z‑bar bushings and bucket link, resealing of the bucket cylinder, and replacement of the broken boom cylinder. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to fully restore the John Deere 544H Loader to safe, OEM‑compliant operating condition in support of refuse and recycling yard operations.
