RFQ VA310-13-Q-0018 Widmer Time Date Stamps This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs in Philadelphia PA, has a requirement for the purchase of (9) Widmer Time Date Stamp (T-3's) and accessories (See Below). Solicitation VA310-13-Q-0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. Vendors must be small business within the meaning of the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 339940 with a size standard of 500 Employees. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the most advantageous price to the Government. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars Fac. 2005-53, Effective 05 Jul 201. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Alt 1 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items shall be provided with the quotation. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email.
