California Resources Elk Hills, LLC is undertaking a well rework project on API #0403045673, known as 17WD-21R, located in the Elk Hills Oilfield within Kern County, California, on private land with private mineral rights. The work involves adding perforations, running a slotted liner, and performing cement squeeze operations to remediate well integrity issues, with no new surface disturbance or production facilities planned.
