The CDC Information Centers require archival access to these journals in accordance with the terms set out in the license agreement. The CDC-Information Center (IC) requires use of the journals for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services in compliance with current copyright laws, including the CONTU guidelines. CDC believes no other type of supplier will satisfy agency requirements. Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to provide the service described above should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
