76--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, Library Services Department, intends to sole source this procurement to National Archive Publishing Company for Once lot of 131 microfilm titles. The VA believes that NAPC a unique source because of NAPC publishing rights they can provide a comprehensive selection of periodicals in microform available anywhere in the world. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS 511120 and size standard of 500 Employees to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
