76 -- Renewal Subscirption of Master Spec

The General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS) intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to Architectural Computer Services (ARCOM) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement will procure the following Master Spec Guide Specification Systems (1) A/S/C Basic, Supplemental and short form; and (2) M/E Basic, Supplemental and Short Form, with site licenses for seventeen (17) users. The proposed contract is for service for that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 519190. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 1:00 PM EST Monday, January 7, 2008. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
