This procurement supports the Air Force-wide effort to address dependent education needs following the 2006 Air Force alignment under the Family Matters portfolio. The government plans to negotiate exclusively with MCEC under FAR 6.302-1 authority and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), without issuing a solicitation document. Interested parties were invited to express interest via email by September 24, 2007, but telephone inquiries are not accepted.
