6525--SEP 2026 Equipment Only Consolidation
Solicitation # 36A79727Q0002
Solicitation 36A79727Q0002 is a HUBZone Small Business set-aside issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center for the September 2026 Equipment Only Consolidation. This procurement focuses on High Tech Medical Equipment (HTME), specifically targeting various imaging systems such as XR RAD, XR US, XR CT, and XR MRI for delivery to multiple VA VISN networks and stations. Competition is strictly limited to current contract holders with the VA National Acquisition Center or the Defense Logistics Agency, Troop Support. Offers are due by February 3, 2027, and must remain valid for 180 days. The government will award based on best value, where non-price factors—specifically the availability of required features and the availability of service—are considered significantly more important than price. Technical evaluations will assess how well equipment meets functional requirements and the vendor's ability to provide local and virtual technical support, repair parts, and documentation. Vendors must provide individual product pricing, as bottom-line prices will be rejected, and must treat upgrade requests as forklift upgrades with separate trade-in values. Submissions must be uploaded as a single ZIP file to Box, following strict naming conventions and folder structures, and must be accompanied by a timestamped email to the Contracting Officer. Required documentation includes a completed pre-procurement assessment questionnaire for network-connected devices. Additionally, the contract specifies that while applications training is awarded with equipment, off-site training is excluded from delivery orders and must be handled as separate modifications.

The Request for Information (RFI) is a two-person backpack-mounted portable time-domain electromagnetic system. Transmitter and receiver packs each way less than 12 kg, allowing rapid data collection at walking pace in remote locations. The time-domain system has a transmitter with sufficient power (approximately 100 Ampere-turns-m^2) and turn-off time (approximately 9 microseconds) to generate signals that allow for mapping of the uppermost 40-60 m below ground, with configurable base-frequency for different geological settings. The receiver consists of a three-component coil with 100 kHz bandwidth. Data recording is controlled by a tablet, and GPS is integrated with the system to provide positioning information in real-time. Recorded data are sufficiently calibrated and described so that they can be quantitatively interpreted using commercial and/or open-source software to produce models of subsurface electrical resistivity. Requests for information and subsequent responses may be emailed to the point-of-contact specified below. Firms are cautioned that this is not a solicitation. All costs associated with providing information as requested by this Notice shall be the responsibility of the responding firm. C--Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 3DNTM
Solicitation # DOIDSAM27G002
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has issued Broad Agency Announcement DOIDSAM27G002 to establish partnerships for the acquisition of high-resolution 3D elevation and hydrography mapping data. This initiative, known as the 3D National Topography Model (3DNTM) Data Collaboration Announcement, is divided into two primary opportunities: the 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) for lidar data and the 3D Hydrography Program (3DHP). These partnerships leverage the USGS Geospatial Products and Services Contract (GPSC) to provide critical data supporting infrastructure planning, energy development, mineral discovery, and disaster response. Eligible applicants include federal agencies, state and local governments, tribes, academic institutions, and the private sector, though GPSC contractors and subcontractors are explicitly excluded. Project submissions are due by December 4, 2026, and will be evaluated individually based on project location, areal extent, cost share, proposal maturity, and past performance. Preference is given to projects exceeding 1,500 square miles and those located in priority areas where existing data is five or more years old in the contiguous US, or eight or more years old in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. The standard period of performance for these projects is 18 to 24 months. All resulting data must conform to USGS product specifications and will be made available via The National Map Data Download and Visualization Services. Applicants must submit a project summary form, validation of funding partners, and a GIS file defining the project area.
