This Sources Sought (SS) is issued solely for market research purposes to determine potential sources. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order otherwise pay for theinformation solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. It is the responsibility of potential quoters to monitor GSA.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The 820th BDG requires two (2) Blue UAS/NDAA-compliant small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) and accessory kits capable of supporting Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), base defense, expeditionary operations, and limited resupply in austere and contested electromagnetic environments. The system needs to be a complete, fielded system solution, not individual components. The delivered capability shall be mission-ready upon receipt and include all equipment necessary for sustained operations.
The complete solution shall include:
Two (2) Group 2 aircraft systems (sUAS), Ground control station(s) with accessories, ISR payload(s), Extended communications equipment, Battery systems and charging equipment, Payload delivery mechanisms, Transport/storage systems, Spare parts and maintenance kits, Training package, Software licenses and support.

- 1 ea - USV SROCGround Control Station (GCS) with accessories
- 1 ea - Swappable Battery Module (SBM) kit with a two-slot dual charger and 2ea batteries
- 1 ea - Range extension kit
- 2 ea - Deployable rucks (multicam)
- 1 ea - Ruggedized battery case (16 - 18 slots)
- 2 ea - Mechanical Release devices
- 10ea - Mechanical drop release plates
- 3 years of software maintenance & support
- 3 day Training Course (minimum) with syllabus
- 1 year Manf Warranty
RESPONSES MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

- State whether your company has a GSA or NASA SEWP account and the Contract Number
- Provide a capability statement to show the ability to meet the requirement and how you will be able to perform the required work
- Provide any recent related work history
- Provide prior contract numbers if you have worked with the government recently
