91--Bulk Fuel Sources Sought and Notice of Intent

This publication serves as notice of intent to procure bulk fueling services for Department of the Interior, National Park Service, on a sole source basis from Kellerstrass Oil Company under authority of FAR Parts 6.302-1, 12, and 13. A signed Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. Moab, Utah is a remote community located in Southeastern Utah. The NPS requires bulk fueling services for diesel and unleaded fuel and monthly billing and reporting. Intent of NPS is to l establish an indefinite delivery - indefinite quantity purchase order using firm fixed prices for each type of item handled. The value of this procurement is estimated to be between $10,000 and $50,000 for services to be rendered through 9/30/13. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at contact@example.gov. All comments received before 4:30 pm MT 28 February, 2013, will be considered.
