Amendment 0001 dated October 6, 2020. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted by interested vendors. Q1: Can you clarify the number of meals for each date? On the price sheet, the dates are lumped together with the meal count which makes it a little unclear on whether the meal count is per day or total for the days listed. A1: The estimated total of meals is for each period. On average, the count per day will be the estimated total of meals identified for the period divided by the number of days in the period. However, final meals counts will be provided by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Q2: Line 5 (on the enclosed attachment) shows delivery on Oct 23 for Bowling Green RC, for 70 breakfasts and 50 lunches, but line 30 shows Oct 23 -25th for Bowling Green (without the RC designation), will these be different locations/groups as the breakfast count says 75 and the lunch count says 100, which differs from above. A2: All references to Bowling Green are for the same location/group, Bowling Green RC. 1.
