Ice Cream and Catering Vending Concessions for London Borough of Richmond upon Thames

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames is soliciting proposals for mobile ice cream and catering services across several designated sites, including Richmond Riverside, Richmond Green, Ham Street Car Park, and Buccleuch Gardens. The procurement is structured into two distinct lots: Lot 1 for an Ice Cream Concession at existing sites and Lot 2 for a Complementary Catering Concession specifically at Richmond Riverside. The total estimated contract value is 300,000 GBP including VAT, with each lot valued at approximately 120,000 GBP excluding VAT. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2027. Lot 1 has an initial term of three years with a possible two-year extension, while Lot 2 has an initial term of one year with potential extensions of up to four years in two-year increments.
