96--Purchase of Scrap Railroad Wheels

This solicitation, numbered 1333MJ26Q0027, is a combined synopsis and request for quotation for the purchase of scrap railroad wheels, issued under FAR Part 12 as a commercial acquisition. No tradeoffs will be made, and award will be made on an all-or-none basis as a firm-fixed-price purchase order with net 30 payment terms.
