Full Description

The Contracting Center for Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the US Army Logistics Innovation Agency (LIA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Oracle Corporation, Reston, VA. The contractor shall provide Oracle Siebel software agreement is in support of LPC mission of the US Army Logistics Innovation Agency located at Fort Belvoir, VA and New Cumberland, PA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (ii) (B). The performance period is for one year from after award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 AM, EST, 23 June 2009. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
