9905--Replace Marquee Signs - Dayton VA Medical Center - Amendment to Answer RFIs

This contract amendment addresses additional questions raised under solicitation 36C25026Q0591 for the replacement of three existing marquee signs at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, with three new color LED marquee signs that meet strict VA standards. The project requires the removal of the current signs at the Gettysburg entrance, South Liscum entrance, and Field Facing State Route 35, followed by the installation of new signs measuring at least 120 inches wide by 45 inches tall, each featuring a “Lime Peel” colored housing labeled “Dayton VA Medical Center.” The new signs must support image display including flags or awareness ribbons, operate on a dedicated 120-volt 20-amp circuit with an accessible breaker, and be installed with ground supports encased in concrete. Control software must be installed on two government-owned laptops capable of both wired and wireless connectivity, with full maintenance, programming, testing, and licensing support provided for one year after commissioning. All work must comply with ABA/ADA regulations, VA Engineering Department approvals, and be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1630, excluding federal holidays, with the entire installation to be completed within 90 days of order receipt under FOB Destination terms.
