9930--Off-Site Manufacture of U1 Blank Marble Markers for Nationwide Distribution

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through its National Cemetery Administration (NCA), plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) around January 23, 2026, for the off-site manufacture and nationwide distribution of U1 marble blank markers. These markers are used in VA cemeteries with on-site inscription programs to honor deceased veterans, including those whose remains are non-recoverable. The acquisition will be conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 15 as a commercial procurement, following a tiered evaluation and set-aside process prioritizing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veterans-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), HUBZone small businesses and 8(a) participants, and finally large businesses.
