1. INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for construction services to deliver stormwater infrastructure improvements at Crown Hill National Cemetery, 725 West 42nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
2. SET ASIDE & CLASSIFICATION Set Aside: **100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)**Â NAICS: **236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction**Â PSC: **Y1PZ Construction of Other Non Building Facilities**
3. PROJECT OVERVIEW BASE BID (CLIN 0001): Provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the stormwater infrastructure improvements shown in the plans and specifications, including installation of underground stormwater detention and irrigation.
