The Canadian Construction Materials Centre (CCMC) and the National Master Construction Specification (NMS) groups at the National Research Council of Canada will require the service of a Programmer / Software Developer and a Business Analyst for the development of new functionalities in their Oracle APEX based “Business Management Application” to facilitate the further digitalization of its construction product assessment service and publication cycles of the NMS.
