Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Rental of A/C Units with Heaters for Boat Enclosure. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented by the additional information included in this notice.

The requirement will be solicited as Full and Open competition. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 532490. The small business size standard is $40M. The Product Service Code is W041.

The Period of Performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be 02 JAN 2026 through 01 JAN 2027. FAR 52.217-8 will be incorporated.

The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. Once available, the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov, https://sam.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available 13 NOV 2025.
