Full Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) international science efforts focus on assisting developing areas of the world assess and protect their water quality and water sources; energy resources; biological and natural hazards; land uses and mineral resources. In support of these objectives USGS is entering into a Cooperative Research & Development Agreement with Bucco Reef Trust / BRT USA, a non-profit corporation, that works to develop capacity in tropical marine sciences through the development and execution of exchange and scholarship programs in education, research and conservation. This is a notice about a planned collaborative effort. This is not a procurement, the partner in a CRADA contributes funds, equipment, or in-kind services to the joint research effort leveraging their efforts with those of the federal agency for a mission related objective.
