THE VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York, Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 intends to issue a sole source contract to Compass Statistics & MGMT. Corp., Schenectady, NY a Small Disadvantaged Business for the continuation of econometrics services to support Network 2 Research initiatives to provide sustained support for (a) equitable and optional resource allocation, (b) ongoing mechanisms to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of care (d) testing new health services delivery interventions designed to imrove the quality and cost effectiveness of care, (e) and technical consultations that advances VA wide policy development. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
