Requirement
National Research Council Canada has a requirement for:
1. A supply of 3" Indium Phosphide prime grade wafers (Sulfur doped and Iron doped).
2. A supply of 3" and 4” ultra-flat Silicon wafers prime grade wafers.
Note to Bidders
The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra.
Evaluation Process
Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.
Inquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
