The TC-MILSATCOM office is creating a Bidder's Library on a password protected Internet website to disseminate all of the necessary documents to potential Offerors. This password protected Internet website is expected to be available for the first draft sections of the TC-MILSATCOM Space Segment Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 25 April 2003. If you would like access to the Bidder's Library, please email Lt Nikki Thomas, to obtain the Internet address and a password, [nikki.thomas@losangeles.af.mil], (310) 336-4602 or Lt Matt Kascak, Classified Documents Manager, [mathew.kascak@losangeles.af.mil], (310) 336-4429. Please include your name and company name, address, telephone number, CAGE Code and email address in your email request. This website will only contain unclassified documents. There is no security clearance required for access to this portion of the Bidder's Library. However, there will be documents for this RFP that are classified. A complete listing of these documents will be on the website. These documents may include, but are not limited to: portions of the Capabilities Decision Documents (CDD), CONOPS, and portions of the Technical Requirement Documents (TRD).
