The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2 "Unusual and Compelling Urgency" and 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(2). The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Salient CRGT, Inc. located at 4000 Legato Rd, Fairfax VA 22033-4055 for IT services, Operations and Maintenance, of the Single Family Premium Collection Subsystem - Periodic (A80B/SFPCS-P), the Distributive Shares and Refund Subsystem (A80D/DSRS) and the Single Family Premium Collection Subsystem - Upfront (A80R/SFPCS-U) Systems. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AVAILABLE. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a Request For Quote/Proposal. Any interested party that believes it can meet this requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill this requirement being requested by 10:00 AM EST on August 29, 2019. Responses must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Phyllis Brown at phyllis.m.brown@hud.gov and Ms. Sally Aultman at sally.a.aultman@hud.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
