The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the Next Generation Tactical Radio (NGTR), a modular Software Defined Radio (SDR) for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircraft. The NGTR is intended as a form, fit, and function backwards-compatible replacement for the ARC-210 Generation 5 and 6 radios.
