Abandoned Waste/Illegal Dumping Clean-Up

Background The City of Pomona is seeking proposals for a contractor to provide a comprehensive community cleanup operation focused on the continuous collection of illegally dumped materials in public rights-of-way, including alleys, sidewalks, parkways, and streets. This initiative aligns with the City's mission to maintain clean and safe public spaces. The contract aims to establish a three-year agreement for these services from 2025 through 2028, with the possibility of a two-year extension by mutual consent.
