If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) requires dedicated rental vehicles for authorized government employees traveling on government business in the provinces of Ontario, and Quebec, for a period of less than 31 days.
