L’Unité de retraitement des dispositifs médicaux (URDM) de l'Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal, situé au 5000 rue Bélanger à Montréal, utilise actuellement le logiciel instrumental de la compagnie Général Électrique, mais il n'est plus supporté. Il est donc nécessaire de trouver un nouveau logiciel adapté aux besoins de l’URDM. Le système proposé doit fournir aux utilisateurs de l’ICM des nouveaux outils performants et des fonctionnalités adaptées à leurs besoins, qui auront été préalablement testés et optimisés dans des environnements comparables à celui de l’ICM. Les critères énumérés dans les grilles incluses dans les différentes Annexes définissent une vision des attentes de l’ICM envers le nouveau système.
