This is a Sole Source Justification to DIGI Security Systems, LLC. Total award value: $98,720.38


The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform an Access Control System Replacement, Installation, Performance Verification, and Training for the 72 ABW/SC Communications Directorate B3001 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this PWS.

Requested Services: 72 ABW/SC requires replacement, installation, performance verification, and training of access control systems (ACS) card readers, camera systems, enclosures, and switches.
The Contractor shall (at a minimum):
· Access Control System (ACS), this will include readers, controllers, visitor cards, enclosures and the required conduit and wiring. 
· Contractor shall provide complete installation plan to the government GPOC within five (5) days of award.  
· Equipment shall be compatible ACS brand controllers and compatible ACS software. 
· NOT use green, red, orange, yellow, or purple cat6 cables. 
· Replace all necessary FOB/I-button readers to include all required components, hardware, and conduit/wiring. 
· Perform all work in compliance with TAFB electrical, facility, and safety standards. 
· Contractor must integrate current Government Furnished Property (GFP) into new ACS.
