Active Recidivism Reduction Initiative Via Engagement (ARRIVE)

The Active Recidivism Reduction Initiative Via Engagement (ARRIVE) is a solicitation issued by the County of Orange Probation Department to establish a comprehensive service program for system-involved youth and their families. The program focuses on reducing recidivism through the implementation of client-centered, trauma-informed case plans and evidence-based community, individual, and group programming designed to target criminogenic risk factors.
