ADA shower, Handrails, ADA Commode
Special Instructions: This will be a 3-bedroom brick slab foundation 1400 s,q, Case Manager- Andrea Strawn- 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166
Special Instructions: All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be considered or approved.
Special Instructions: A.D.A.SHower is to be installed in hallway bathroom. NOTE-There will be a window above tub in this bathroom will need to install tile for surround.
Site improvements: ADA shower Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new low entry shower base and surround, Surround will need to be out of tile there will be a window at tub area of surround. must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
