This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for a physician to provide Addictions Medicine Services at correctional Centres/Residence, for adult and youth correctional Centres/Residence located Prince Albert, Regina, and Saskatoon as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). Additional InformationProponent Information Meeting, Non-Mandatory To understand submission process, how to do business with government, how procurement works and best practises, it is encouraged that Proponents attend the information session before providing a Submission, please email rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by March 24, 2026, with the following information: the RFP reference number and name in the subject line; name of representative(s) who will be attending; and general questions or items the Proponent proposes to ask, if any. All questions and answers from the information session will be posted on the competition at SaskTenders. In preparation for these materials, steps will be taken to protect any proprietary Proponent information. Proponent information session meetings are scheduled for March 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.; March 25, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.; and March 25, 2026, at Noon.
