The Government of Saskatchewan is inviting qualified suppliers to respond to a continuous Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) for the provision of highway traffic signs. This ongoing pre-qualification process builds on a previous posting (RFSQ 9174) from October 16, 2025, and is intended to streamline supplier onboarding for the duration of the contract term. Suppliers who were already prequalified under the earlier RFSQ do not need to resubmit. New responses will be evaluated after specified deadlines, starting with the first evaluation following the November 13, 2025 submission deadline, and subsequent evaluations will occur quarterly or at the government's discretion until approximately six months before the contract's expiration. The RFSQ maintains consistent terms, conditions, qualifications, and procedures outlined in the initial document, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout the onboarding period. Suppliers that fail to qualify must wait three months from their last submission before reapplying. The contract is managed by SaskBuilds and Procurement on behalf of the Government of Canada and is performed in Saskatchewan, with Angie Sullivan serving as the primary contact for inquiries. The solicitation remains open until December 5, 2030, allowing for continuous supplier engagement and qualification over the contract's duration.
