This proposed project involves Amendment Number 2 to the previous issued WJTCA ITP. This amendment authorizes the Project to relocate the previously relocated WJT to another location within the project site. The Project will result in incidental take of 11 WJT which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
