The Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) is publishing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract for service delivery of a statewide program that distributes telecommunications equipment statewide to individuals that are deaf and hard of hearing in order that they may communicate by telephone effectively. This program is called the South Dakota Telecommunication Equipment Distribution program (SD TED). This RFP is for delivery of the program services and pre-agreed upon outreach activities only. It does not include any costs associated with the purchase of equipment or materials related to outreach.Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to Hailey Bowers at contact@example.gov with the subject line “RFP #24RFP9739”.The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP.
