The Texas City Independent School District is accepting proposals for Administrative Contracted Services as per the included specifications and forms. Please read all General Conditions and Standard Terms and Conditions before completing this proposal. Online submission of responses is recommended and preferred; however, if submitting a hard copy version, sealed proposals must be addressed to the TCISD Purchasing Department at 1700 9th Avenue North, Texas City, TX 77590, and must be received by the time and date below.
  Proposals will be received and evaluated through 05/31/2027 (original award 05/13/2025).  Faxes will not be accepted. Any proposal received thereafter will not be considered. Any changes or requests for changes in the specifications will not be recognized after sealed proposals are submitted. Texas City Independent School District reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest and to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in bidding.
