The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Science Care, to provide Fresh or Fresh Frozen Cadavers to the Joint Base Lewis McChord, Tacoma, WA for purposes of conducting Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma training for Military Physicians and Surgeons as part of the Emergency War Surgery Course (EWSC), hosted by Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute.
