The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063, hereby gives notice of the intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C.3304 permitting other than full and open competition to Kurrent Logic LLC, 200 Massachusetts Ave. NW STE 700, Washington DC 20001-5654. Unique Entity Identification is XWYVVC8GJFF6, a HUBZone, small business.
Consistent with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c), FAR Class Deviation 25-17, Rev. 1, and under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, FAR Class Deviation 25-11, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 6, the contracting officer has determined in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) requires Kurrent Logic’s proprietary Trident platform and its contractor employees to establish a functioning sanctions-focused platform. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. In accordance with RFO 5.207(c)(16)(ii), interested parties may submit a one-page capability statement confirming that your company can provide the Trident platform and support services to establish a functioning sanctions platform, which shall be considered by the agency. Performance Work Statement is Law Enforcement Sensitive and will only be provided upon confirmation of access to the Trident platform. Capability statements shall be submitted no later than 12 noon Eastern Standard Time, Friday, June 12, 2026, to the Government Point of Contact listed below. The Government reserves the right to evaluate all responses received and may determine an interested vendor not capable of performing the work required.
