Delivery is to Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY, to one of several specified buildings, under FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid terms. Packaging must comply with ASTM D 3951, include the PO number on all labels and documentation, and prohibit vermiculite; ESDS items must be labeled accordingly and hazardous materials must follow GHS standards. The contractor must supply an operating and maintenance manual with the shipment, ensure traceability through franchised distributors with certification, and avoid Kaspersky Lab or other prohibited entities. Kindly participate in an all-inclusive “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Can you kindly quote this all-inclusive requirement in my name with the current date and lead time. Please offer BSA any discounts available for your best price.
Items to be quoted as per Enclosure A (Draft PO):

Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *The BNL PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product.
If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.
