Sealed Bids for the City of Rogers Facilities Department Building
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is accepting sealed bids for A New Building for the Rogers Facilities Department.
Deadline for Submission: 2:00 PM, local time, May 28th, 2026.
Sealed bids will be accepted at City of Rogers City Clerk’s Office, 301 West Chestnut Street, Rogers, AR 72756, until 2:00 PM, local time on May 28th, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be marked “Bid – A New Building for the Rogers Facilities Department”. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the City’s Central Bidding portal located http://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10664-city-of-rogers.html. Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on site in the parking lot of the onsite at 2295 N. Arkansas Street, Rogers (immediately south of the Recycle Center) on May 13th at 10:00 AM. Work will include the following trades: Earthwork, Storm Drainage, Asphalt Paving, Site Utilities, Landscaping, Fencing, Steel, Millwork, Countertops, Hollow Metal Frames, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware, Aluminum Storefront and Entrances, Metal Studs, Sound Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Drywall Finishing & Painting, Specialties, Toilet Accessories, Aluminum Canopies, Tensioned Fabric Structure Erection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Communications.
Digital copies of drawings, specifications, and Construction Manager’s Bid Manual are available online via Dropbox at: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/kpm8f4jo4j2hil4vcs75o/AIJvlgqBtgtQw5SAfl7YcSg?rlkey=kgudohiv5drswohy405t8uo25&dl=0 in person at Milestone Construction Company’s office at 2002 S. 48th Street, Springdale, AR 72762 and through the City’s Central Bidding portal. Process for submitting bids: Bids must be submitted on the supplied bid form. The bid form for each trade package can be found in Milestone Construction’s Bid Manual. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda and Construction Manager’s Clarifications on the bid proposal form.
Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute a Master Service Agreement and Project Specific Contract with Milestone Construction Company. Bidders must be prepared to provide insurance as specified in the Construction Manager’s Bid Manual portion of the bidding documents.

**Please note that successful bidders will be required to sign Milestone Construction Company’s standard MSA, subcontract / purchase order with no modifications and follow Milestone’s safety policies. Subcontractors will be required to furnish insurance as outlined in the specifications, as well as provide a waiver of subrogation and list Milestone Construction, the City of Rogers, and DeMx Architects as an additional insured. The Owner reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any information in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of proposals without consent of the owner. The Owner hereby notifies all submitters that this contract may be subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other or federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 may apply.
