Solicitation AG-8447-S-15-0006 is a request for quotation for aerial film scanning services under task order APFO-TO-7-15-1. The project involves specialized scanning requirements, with recent updates including the potential addition of color negative film workload, the introduction of Tiff World File options, and the removal of one-year pricing. Administrative changes have also been implemented to the signature blocks to ensure the inclusion of DUNS numbers and formal acceptance of solicitation terms. The procurement process has been refined through multiple amendments and a series of updated Q&A documents released in September 2015 to provide instruction clarification and pricing examples. Managed by Contracting Officer Michelle C. Clifford and Contract Specialist John Mootz, the requirement falls under NAICS code 518210. Interested parties were required to review the fully replaced RFQ provided in Amendment 3 to ensure compliance with the most current technical and pricing specifications.
