The U.S. Government, through the 349th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, is preparing for a sole-source procurement of 30 Trulink Portable Transceivers with part number 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28 to support critical in-flight communication capabilities. This pre-solicitation notice confirms that no formal quotes or proposals are being solicited at this time, but an RFQ is anticipated to be issued with an award planned for approximately August 10, 2026. The acquisition is designated as noncompetitive because TTM Technologies is the exclusive Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Trulink transceivers, which are certified and fully interoperable with the squadron’s existing Aircraft Wireless Intercommunication System, making them mission-critical and irreplaceable by other models. Only authorized suppliers capable of providing the exact specified equipment will be considered, and no trade agreements, technical data, or construction-related provisions apply. The response deadline for any follow-on RFQ is set for July 27, 2026, and the point of contact for inquiries is Don Salgado, with secondary support from Lt Samuel De La Cruz.
