This synopsis is notification that the Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCO-W), on behalf of the US Army Flight Operations Detachment (AFOD) intends to solicit from a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, on a Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to: COMSOFT Solutions GmbH Wachhausstrasse 5a 76227 Karlsruhe, Germany COMSOFT Solutions will provide the existing AFOD's COMSOFT ATC System (CADAS) with Hardware and Software maintenance, software upgrades, and 24/7 emergency hotline services. The place of performance is: Army Flight Operations detachment Wiesbaden Army Airfield Clay Kaserne, Building 1060 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
