Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (CTC) to establish a renewable, annual contract with one qualified supplier who will provide waste management services at their campus locations (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.
The contractor will be responsible for providing all of the labor, materials and equipment associated with these services. The services will include but not be limited to the collection and disposal of solid waste materials and garbage. No hazardous waste materials will be included in this contract. Services will be provided at the locations associated with the Appalachian, Austell, Canton, Marietta, Mountain View, North Metro, Paulding, Woodstock & Aviation Campuses. The contract will be effective on July 1st, 2026 for the services. Please review the eRFQ Instructions document, the Scope of Work document, the Mandatory Requirements document, and the Maps for the Dumpster Locations within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event for more information about the services associated with this contract.
