Agentic C2 Framework Tool (ECHOTRIBBLE) Assessment Event

The Cyber Fusion Innovation Center, in partnership with U.S. Army Cyber Command and the Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center, is seeking qualified industry partners to develop a prototype Agentic C2 Framework tool, code-named ECHOTRIBBLE, designed to autonomously navigate digital infrastructures, detect anomalies, and neutralize threats without human intervention. The tool must function as a modular, intelligent agent capable of environmental observation, decision-making, and consistent execution across cyber operations, significantly enhancing the efficiency and reliability of cyber defense efforts beyond what manual processes can achieve. This initiative aims to establish a new standard for autonomous command and control in cyber environments by integrating adaptive behaviors that improve coordination and response consistency.
